Shipping and Tracking Assistance
If tracking has not updated for an extended period, delivery has exceeded the estimated timeframe or a parcel appears to be missing, contact us with your order number and available tracking details.
A tracking status of “Delivered” does not automatically close a missing-package complaint. We will review the circumstances and investigate with the relevant fulfillment or delivery provider.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
